What exactly is included in an Accueil bundle?
Each bundle includes the physical products listed on the bundle page (such as textiles, decor objects, trays, candles, artwork, and more), plus a digital styling guide that shows you how to recreate the look at home. Signature and Complete Makeover packages also include access to our styling team for layout questions.
Can I customize or swap items in a bundle?
Yes. You can request simple swaps within the same price tier—for example, changing the color of a throw or selecting a different artwork option. For more tailored requests, you can mix and match items across collections and we’ll confirm that everything still feels cohesive.
Do you ship everywhere?
We currently ship across the contiguous United States. Shipping is free on orders over $75, and we’re working to expand to more regions soon. At checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping options based on your location.
What if something doesn’t work in my space?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. If something doesn’t feel right once you’ve tried it, message our stylists first—they can often suggest small adjustments that make a big difference. If it still doesn’t work, we’ll guide you through an easy return.
Do you offer styling as a standalone service?
Our styling support is currently included with bundle purchases only. For larger projects or multi-room makeovers, reach out and we’ll share options for elevated, add-on services.
